The Santa Run & Santa's Little Helpers Run -Terms and Conditions of Entry

By participating in the santa Run or Santa's Little Helpers Run you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

You accept that When You Wish Upon A Star are not liable for your health or possessions during the run and that you participate at your own risk. You agree to raise sponsorship for When You Wish Upon A Star in addition to the entry fee.

Goods and Services

All participants in the over 12's Santa Run will receive vouchers through the post which will enable them to claim their Santa Suit in which to participate at the venue of their choice. All participants will receive a medal. All participants in the Santa's Little Helpers Run (under 12's) will receive vouchers by post which will enable them to claim their Christmas Hat in which to participate at the chosen venue. In addition all those taking part in the Santa's Little Helpers Run will receive a medal sent from Santa Claus.

Returns and Refunds

No refunds will be given under any circumstances excepting those where the organisers of The Santa Run are found to be in monetary error. Refunds for those who find they are unable to take part in The Santa Run are at the discretion of the management of When You Wish Upon A Star. This does not affect your statutory rights: The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment returned within 28 days of return of entry vouchers by paid post to our head office, the address of which is given below.

Currency

All transactions will be carried out in GBP (Pounds Sterling).

Export Restrictions

Entry vouchers will only be sent to addresses on mainland Britain.

Delivery

Entry vouchers will be sent to the address you give us on either the online entry form or the postal form in good time to reach you before your particular event date.

Privacy

Your personal detals will not be made available to any organisation or individual outside of the When You Wish Upon A Star charity. You may from time to time receive information by post or email which will inform you of our forthcoming fund raising events - we will give you the opportunity on those notifications to refuse any further communication.
